How It All works

VoIP Hosted PBX Service differs from traditional voice service in that voice conversation is broken up into packets of data that are transmitted over a proprietary broadband network or the public Internet before being reassembled on the terminating end of the call. This allows VoIP providers to bypass the expensive, legacy public switched telephone network (PSTN) and use a single broadband data stream to transmit voice and data. This in turn translates into lower costs for voice providers that can then be passed on to customers.
On the customer's end, a broadband connection is required to ensure a high-quality voice connection. Cost is only part of the advantage. The true power of VoIP, however, is the ability to layer features such as unified messaging and Web-based call control that are made possible by the convergence of voice and data.

Call Routing The Palavon Hosted VoIP PBX can immediately route or forward calls made to your numbers. This minimizes call lost. Employees can seamlessly receive business calls whether they are working in the office, at home, or on the road.
Auto Attendant When callers dial your number, the Palavon PBX takes the call. Callers get instant access to important information like hours of operation or even access to your internal database for product pricing. Callers can connect to the person by offering a menu of "Press 1 for sales, 2 for service, or 0 for an operator." Palavon PBX can be programmed to play a greeting after hours to offer your customers many options to assist them in the event of an emergency.
Call Recording Palavon PBX has the ability to record all calls made by agents while speaking to clients. The PBX can deliver output files in multiple data formats such as WAV or MP3. By request we can store several gigabytes of conversations.
Conference Call Server The Palavon Hosted PBX allows you to create a Virtual Conference room with the ability to have dialers call in to one main toll free number. Never again pay for separate service companies for this functionality
Queue Management When customers call one number, they are queued to separate menus with customizable settings for each.
